Booking & cancellation
- Cancel more than 48 hours before departure — the tour is refunded in full.
- Cancel within 48 hours of departure — we keep 10% of the tour price and refund the rest.
- Cancel less than 12 hours before departure, or do not show up — no refund.
By then the vehicle, the meals and the accommodation are already paid for on your behalf.
To cancel, email contact@exploreuyuni.com with your name and departure date. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.
If we cancel
If we cancel a departure for weather, road conditions or safety, you are refunded in full or moved to another date — your choice.
Route changes
A stop can be replaced on the day — most often Incahuasi Island, unreachable when the salar is flooded. The tour still runs, and this is not grounds for a refund.
Park fees
Park and entrance fees are not included, are paid in cash on site, and are collected by the parks themselves.
